HRSD created the nation's first wastewater industry apprenticeship program and has proudly recognized over 500 graduates to date. Our eight apprenticeship trades are custom designed to help individuals achieve the training and experience needed for a successful career at HRSD. These programs combine on-the-job training with science, math, and mechanical classroom instruction and can be completed within three to four years.
